You should be able to get $500 over invoice on a '13 S4 without too much trouble. When I went shopping for my '13 S4, I have 4 offers at $500 over invoice and 1 at $400 over invoice. Unless you absolutely love the '12 S4 front end, I would just get a 2013 instead.

Are those four offers in NorCal or Los Angeles? That's different from June 2010.

Alright guys, thanks so much for the replies. I really appreciate them.

Pending checking out the car and some final details, it looks like I will be owning a 2500 miles CPO 2011 Ibis White, Red/Black Nappa, Prestige, Sports Diff, and side assist.

The prices are definitely negotiable with pretty much all dealers on the 2012s. Example of two deals on my table,
1) Prestige, Titanium, Sports Diff, Power Sunshade, Nappa - $54,450
2) Prestige, Titanium, Sports Diff, Carbon Inlay, Nappa - $55,350

Thanks again. Let me know if anyone would like to check out the deals I gathered. Would love to help someone else get them if possible.

Alan

I hope all goes well with finalizing the deal. Great color choice with Ibis . Post some pics when you get it. I'm jealous of the magma/black nappa--I think that will look great on Ibis.

Thanks. I'm already thinking of the VAGCOM items to do. You have a bunch done there! Gotta find someone in my area with one of those tools...

If you are leasing or only keeping short term, then DSG/auto is OK,but if going for long term ownership,MT6 is less of a liability as time & miles go by.
Look on all the forums, somebody always posting about a DSG issue that requires expensive attention, luckily most are still under warranty, but after that it is a expensive liablity.

Where were you going to buy the 2011 CPO with 11K miles for $49.5. I'm looking for a similar car and may give the dealer a call if you passed on it. Thanks.

Yes I'm passing on it. It's located in Audi of Huntingdon in NY. You can ask for Hildy and say Alan referred you.
