But would give you less money as a trade in because they would say that there are fewer buyers looking for a 6MT making it harder to sell. Lose lose for the consumer.
thanks for the info really helps alot. Reminds me of when I went to try trade my A4 in awhile ago. The dealer tried to tell me it was worth like 5k less then it is. I then looked around at dealers which was selling the same model/same year/same specs and close to the same mileage and sure enough it was going for 5k higher then what dealers tried to offer me. Obviously didn't trade in because I'm not being messed around.

so what do you think the s4 manual I've been talking about would be worth? And if I was to try bring the price down what could I use to my advantage. Thanks again

since you seem to be very experienced with audi's in general (judging from your 12k posts and good knowledge) you might be able to help me with another question. There's two rs4 2013 models in my area. One is going for 46k usd but has 54k miles while the other rs4 is going for $43k usd but has 21k miles. The reason the one with lower mileage is cheaper is because it says it was imported damaged (apparently body panel damage) but says it has been repaired and the vehicle has been fully inspected and is certified, they also have a copy of the report etc.

Both is through dealers.

is the ownership costs of rs4 and s4 much different?

& is there a higher chance of something on the rs4 going wrong more than the s4 or vice versa?

I forgot to add the question about what rs4 would you go with in this situation.

are you able to give some input on my post 2 posts up. What option would you go with out the 2 rs4 options? I feel like if i was to get the report of exactly what was damaged on the 21k mileage rs4 that could be a good deal? Considering nothing else was damaged. What do you think
