shift linkage adjustment and clutch bleed

My 2011 6MT shifter has gotten very notchy. Does anyone have, or can point me to, instructions on how to align it? Also, any one have a how to on bleeding the clutch?

Alldatadiy.com has procedures for adjusting the shifter.
