Taking your car to redline when its not warmed up at all?
Hey guys,
I'm just curious about this particular topic because I ****ED UP....
recently we had a **** ton of snow, and I'm fairly new to driving in the snow.
So I turn on my car (been about 10minutes) coolant gauge needle still hasn't moved, however, I start to take off from my street filled with snow, and as I was going forward I didn't notice and was at nearly 6-7k RPMs. Yes, I know... very stupid of me, I was trying to move out of the way as other vehicles were coming and I did, but I took it to 6-7k RPMs...
I know its a rare occurrence and WILL never happen again, but I just can't get it off my mind, I know that one time isn't a make or break situation but I just can't stop thinking about it!
