Thank you, I have not looked at those other brands. I agree, it seems like this is a growing product segment. And I notice a lot of home-grown unknown brands, with marketing-like tutorials on waterless washes -- playing as of pyramid gimimick.
Perfect link... I actually saw a different Gary Dean video where I felt like he was schooling people to very cautious OR leave the 'waterless washing to the pros'. LOL. He said he was turning-off comments, because he knew he would get the internet pissed. He has a whole different tone/message in your link. I like him, he is very informative & seems sincere.
Yes, it is all about technique! We have sand at the beach, but nothing like a backroad. Yikes, can't imagine. Thanks for tips.

ONR
Have had this young, rocket scientist kid (ok, probably 20's) detailing my car past 18 months...gives me paint measurements/notes/etc. He swears by ONR. I use it now as well (black car). Of course - still try to wash once a week/10 days...but you know, usually right after the wash, it rains...so, I pull out the ONR.

I have also searched many detailing products for my car and ended up with Ultima Acrylic Waterless Wash & Ultima Cleaning Lube Gel
I find it very helpful for me because it takes less efforts of mine and gives the best results for me.

I use the Optimum No Rinse. Works great but with New England winter roads, I always stop at the self service spray bays first to get the bulk of the dirt off First. My B8.5 is opticoated, but it seems to work just as well on my wife’s car which is not coated. Really quick too, and the garage dries out really fast as there isn’t much water involved. I definitely change towels much more frequently than in warm weather when I wash outside with water.
The optimum power clean product which I got on amazon is amazing on wheels as well.
