Just got these today. They are the carbon version with full rubber backing. They are super high quality (all four weighed 16 lbs). fit is perfect. Got the grommets on each mat. The heel pad is super thick too. I like them because it breaks up the black and hides dirt way better than black! And, when on a long drive in the summer, I take my flip-flops off and these feel awesome on bare feet (I know it's weird.)
