Default Drive System Malfunction - Auto Start Stop

So yesterday I was heading to an audi club social gathering, and crossing over the 300 miles total mark, and I get a audi pre sense warning, then a yellow exclamation point and message that says "Drive System Malfunction." Revs are then limited to 4500 (which is fine because I am in my break-in period anyways). All drive modes still work, so does cruise, and I don't notice anything weird about how it's driving.

I was in slowish stop and go and I wonder if the auto start stop algorithm got confused. To be fair, I called at 5pm and the dealer is getting me in at 8:30 this morning. I will share what I learn when I learn it. I am hoping it's a simple fix as we have an Audi Club Glacier Lakes fun drive tomorrow!

I think I see the problem. Your car's having an identity crisis...

Default Fixed

So apparently if you don't tighten the cam position sensor to the coil on cylinder number 6, it runs poorly.

1) I have never seen a tech do such a thourough write up.
2) I'm glad it was something that seems to have been the actual cause, and they could fiix this. Could have gone waaaaay wrong with that, "we checked it out and found nothing wrong" stuff. You know what I mean.
3) I got a great laugh out of "CUSTOMER REQUESTS NO COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH." Loved that.

On #3 - They always scratch the crap out of my car when they try to wash it. Also, I keep my car clean - leave it alone.

Trust me, I get it. It just amusing to see it somewhere besides my own shop receipts/worker orders/whatever the hell you call those things.
