"learning" specific to each Drive Select mode?
Had my S4 for a couple of months now (almost). After driving in Dynamic for about a week, I switched over to Individual and tuned for my daily commute. Since then i've been driving in Individual. This morning I decided to switch back to Dynamic for some fun. Anyways, a thought occurred to me; is all the "learning" the car makes localized to each Drive Select mode ? Does the car have to learn how I drive again, now that i've switched to Dynamic (after driving in Individual for 2 months), or is it global to all modes? Anybody know ?

In my >27,000 miles and >2 years of experience, the car's adaptations are extremely localized to your individual driving style in that "session."
There are some drives where I treat it like a race car and it acts like an untamed (but still refined) beast, ticking rapidly and absolutely spewing heat from all 4 wheels once parked.
There are others when I get home from work after fighting traffic for an hour and hop behind the wheel of my SO's Nissan Sentra to re-park it and damn near do a burnout in that thing because it has double, no, triple the throttle response and off-the-line power-per-inch-of-pedal vs. my S4.
And then later that night, racecar again.
TL;DR - I find the car adapts very fast and doesn't remember very much for very long, regardless of drive mode.

My wife's Subaru ascent has a super twitchy throttle response and I always shave to drive it with a feather foot after driving my car.
