My 2018 S4 has the donut spare in the floor of the trunk and the jack is underneath it - appeared to come standard as it's not listed as an option on the original documentation. The normal owner's manual location is in the left, open storage area of the trunk behind a net (see pic).

Its 8W0012169J -- when I ordered it, it was slightly more expensive and over the $49 free shipping threshold. MSRP from Audi on it is $47.14, so it may be cheapest at your dealership. Also see this thread at Audizone starting here - https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/827845-When-do-the-2019-S4-s-arrive?p=13483434&viewfull=1#post13483434 -- you'll need to remove one piece from the trunk and drill a small hole in the caddy to clear the threaded stud that is exposed.. Pretty easy to figure out.

S/Matt:

In the photo you posted, what is the purpose of the **** right above the net and inside the circle? It turns and feels like it is unlatching something, but nothing wants to move and I don't want to force it. Thanks!

I now have a 2018 Audi S4 in my garage. I need to address the front license plate mounting bracket issue.

I see the piece of grillwork which needs to be removed, but it's not obvious to me how to remove it. Also, to the left and right of this piece there is what looks like a small button. I pushed on one of them, not hard at all, and it went in and I don't see how to get it back in place.

I found this item on Amazon:
Amazon Amazon
and I'm wondering if this is what I need or if something else is better. I really don't want to use the gadget that mounts the plate offset to the side on the tow hook.

Finally, on the inside of the glove box door there is a bracket which looks like something is intended to snap into it, but nothing is there. Is something missing? Thanks!

Turn and pull -- there is a fuse panel behind the one on the left. On the right side is something similar -- that can be opened to unlock the fuel door manually if the mechanism gets stuck.

For your other question in the next message about the clip in the glove compartment -- I think you may be referring to the pen clip, along with the coin/SD card holder.

Also -- it may come up, there is also what looks like a vent in the glove compartment -- thats for the "cooled" glove compartment (hardly)

The filler panels pushes out from behind. Either with a small set of hands, or, remove the bumper cover.. You pushed in a parking sensor? How to retrieve it, remove the bumper, and if you snapped anything, it will need to be replaced. They are press fit in from behind.
