Trunk Release -- Automatic with Foot?
Another quick question. Does the 2018 S4 come with the automatic trunk open/release by placing your foot under the rear of the car?

Yeah, but you can keep kicking your foot under the rear bumper (when the trunk is already open) until hell freezes over and the damn thing refuses to close.
MyAudiIQ claims it will close with your foot too. I think we've been ripped off. I object.
