For $1,000. Full Screen Navigation System or Chip??
My friend is selling a complete Eclipse 6" flip out LCD receiver with the navigation system. Built in CD player on the receiver. No DVD, but can be added. Price: $1,000 Gotta consider also installation charges though. The LCD screen is a single din unit. Not sure how it will fit the S4 nor much it will cost to install.
Or, get a chip.

Just getting an opinion. So many chipped cars. But very few with LCD navigation...
Had the MTM chip for about a month. Sold it and got myself into trouble with the ABT. Been stock in between and have forgotten what chip mode is like. Boston roads suck and speeding tickets are expensive... It's nice to always be the first one off the line at stop lights, but everyone else catches up at the next. Gotta admit chipped is definitely worth it.
No one has gotten back to me on the ABT yet. Don't think there are too many ABT A box around.
Navigation is just something to enhance the driving experience. Planning on moving to L.A. and it would definitely help to have navigation over there.

if you're not that concerned about light to light racing, than just get a "chip", M...
any chipped S4 is gonna be alot faster than a none chipped one. so why are you hung up on ABT?
so you have to ask yourself, do you wana be in a chipped S4 with the bad roads and the pricey speeding tixx? or you'd better off being lowered, with a stiffer suspension, a short shifter and/or the LCD navigation unit... it's really simple, it's your car and you modify it the way you're gonna use it... did i make any sense or just confuse you further? i hope not..
good luck either way,
