Default cool! i'd stick with a 2.5" rear lip ...

realize that .5" of the lip will be hidden due to the way the wheel is constructed, so you will only see 2" of the lip.

Default Can you get a 2.5" lip on the rear - I was told...

you can do that and then 2 day's later I was told you can't do that for a S4 - is this BS - are they trying to cut corners or something.

The bigger the lip,the easier they bend when you hit a pothole.

Default my experience with Vince/Iforged...

as some of you may know, I was gonna turn my car in and sold my Lowenharts, but I think I'm keeping the car after all. Anyways, I needed wheels, so after about a week of researching and STFA, I liked the Iforged wheels best (not too sure about quality, liked the price, loved the design) I called Vince last week, and he gave me pricing and 4-6 weeks, I told him I would think about it, and most likely call to order the enxt day. So, I called him the next day, not to order yet, but ask him about the delivery time b/c I was honestly worried b/c of the comments I found here and from the emails I got back from some of you guys. Anyways, this guy (who should be polite to a potential customer in my opinion) starts getting mad when I ask him if the time is really 4-6 weeks b/c I had heard different. Then, I told him I was mostly concerned b/c I didn't ahve wheels, but wouldn't mind leaving my car sitting on jacks for a month and a half because these are the wheels I wanted. He then flips out, and tells me somehting like " go buy something else, I don't want to deal with people like you, it's going to be a pain in the *** (it's being me), etc. WTF????!!! yea, I didn;t know what to think you know... this guy is trying to sell wheels like this? anyways, I MEEM's opinion and mostly everyone else's in these and the bimmer forums. Very unprofessional business people over there, I will be pleased to giive HRE the extra 500 of whatever for a little respect and professionalism, plus a better quality wheel. Anyways, that's my experience and jsut wantedto put it out there for your reference before investing in IForged.

Default huh? it's all about offset and width ...

if you dial in the offset and width correctly, you should be able to do it. you need to talk to someone like madman who knows what the correct offset is given the width you've chosen.

Default don't hit potholes

seriously, anyone who drives around on 19's and hits a pothole is pretty much cooked, lip be damned.

Default Often imitated, never duplicated.

They are the original.
