189 was the best g/s I got for my MAF on the VAG......
I did a few 2nd gear runs from 2000 to 6500 rpm's and 189 was the best I got. Is this low or normal? I thought 220+/- g/s was more like it. (Thanks to Q Crazy from an earlier question he answered!)
Also how the hell do you clean the MAF? I got it apart but still can't figure out the piece that everyone cleans with alcohol/electric cleaner. I looked at the pics from the forum, but I still can't figure it out.
Thanks a bunch, this is my last attempt before I take it to the dealership!

sure is! I just ordered the new cable and all, and I'll have the new software with vag-scopes and everything. Did you buy the software yet?
BTW, I'll need the adapter back sometime within the next 4 weeks to send it to Uwe at Ross-tech. (Get a refund on it) Don't worry, I'll have the new adapter by then! :-)
