I have a 19mm for my avant and it's plenty stiff.

Avant is better balanced to begin with, if anything you wouldnt need as big a sway bar in the rear.

Thought so, it's just that Neuspeed has a 22mm on their S4 from what I can tell

I've heard that the 19mm on the stiffest setting is great!
