Default 1st Mod done on own- APR Boost Gauge (gotta start somewhere :-) )

Well I took way longer than was necessary, but I guess I just wanted everything to be exactly right.

- Added a ruber grommet where I drilled into the ECU box as shown below. (Sorry for the shakes):

All done!

Thanks Steve Trac for your help!

There is already a "titty" in the ECU box for such a line... but nice install. Looks clean =]

Default Nice....am I the only person that used the rubber gromet that's already in the

firewall to run their wires? Just curious. I did not want to run thru the ECU box because I didn't want to give AoA any reason to bother me about having a chip in the car because the ECU box was tampered with.

You said one inside ECU box. I'm talking the firewall, not inside the ECU box.

Default Actually, having something plummed through there makes a pretty decent excuse.

AOA: Hey, your ECU case and the external box screws are all scratched up and we can tell that you've removed the ECU.

YOU: Yeah, I have, to run the hose for my boost gauge / run an amp power wire / remove the ECU because I live in Jersey and you've pooped on us when it comes to theft prevention security, etc.
