6 weeks without S4...

I'm going out of my mind. The following modes of temporary transportation (in order of decreasing preference) are just terrible!!!
1) Borrow wife's Chevy Suburban.
1) Chevy Silverado pickup courtesy of Enterprise Rent a Car (actually drives better than my wife's Chevy Suburban)
2) Ford Escort courtesy of Enterprise Rent a Car(a piece of shi_ car)
3) ACE train
4) Bart train
5) Livermore Wheels Bus (a fellow rider asked for my doggie bag food. I felt so bad I gave him a few bucks for real food)
My car has been at the body shop for almost 6 weeks. The last 3 weeks has been due to waiting for parts that didn't arrive in time for scheduled completion. First, an air conditioning condensor, then a power steering (?) pully because the shop noticed during pre-delivery inspection last week that the pulley wheel just in front of the TBB wobbled a bit. It must have been hit slightly in the front end collision.
Anyway, during the second pre-delivery inspection today, they found that the S4 idled a bit rough. So, they are sending it to the dealership for inspection.
I visited Diablo Auto Body last week just after they discovered the wobbly pulley wheel and the car looked near perfect. The hood has been replaced as well as just about everything in front of the radiator except for the bumper which they simply repainted.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I can't image what is causing the engine to idle roughly other than maybe it sat too long without being driven!
Looks like I'm returning this car in 18 months when the lease is up. I hope the new S4 is out by then. Otherwise, I'm going for a Z06 or god forbid a BMW.

what do you expect a body shop that is named Diablo Auto Body?
even through the owner Mel Haas of Diablo Audi claim that he only have one shop in Concord... this is prob. the same incompetentence.
my car was suppose to be ready last friday.. and now i am suppose to pick it up this friday.
we will see about that.

timing belt was replaced by dealer
The rough idle was diagnosed by the dealer as a bad timin belt. ????
How is this possible?
Also, they sent the car back to the dealer for changing the transmission fluid.
I'm still hoping to get the car back today. Otherwise, monday???
