Sucks.....
Must've been someone's stolen HIDs. There is no reason for someone to sell their HID ballasts unless they wanted to go back to halogen... but who would want that? If someone with an S4 Avant had their headlights stolen, I would follow this tread fo' sho!

Seems this guy is into more then HID's
Look what I found in the archives. someone should play dumb and email this guy to meet him for the sale, and find out who and where he is.
