You need the 3 letter transmission code to tell if tiptronics are interchanable.

S4 has FAQ and EMP. Which are not plug n play compatible.

If you mean the same transmission family they are both 5hp19 ZF automatic transmissions. If your asking if they are interchangeable, the answer is likely no. If the codes match or the replacement part number is the same, then you have a match but I seriously doubt that is the case.
