300 wheel hp on what dyno? You can make that easy with stock K03s.

Default Your not thinking this through, you are much better off with plain K04's.
Forget about everything else, K04's are proven, and are a reliable OEM quality part. Hybrids, although, imoproving all the time, are still a riskier choice IMO.

Just go Stage 3- with K04's, later on when your finances improve, or when you want to take the next step, you will have a better/reliable foundation to do so.

I would said 25% is average.. but of course.. % would decrease in increasing HP
