ABS issues. Correct if I am wrong but...
if the ABS controller is bad the VAG COM will not be able to connet to the controller and read brake fault codes correct?
I ask becuase my ABS keeps shutting off randomly while the ABS and Brake lights come on. I am hopeing it is only a dirty or bad speed sensor or a short in wiring.

VAG-COM works with lots of different controllers including ABS
