I have an x chip and no mufflers. The 350Z is bone stock.

Default

350Z's have a very strong fourth gear. STFA for ABS light, check for codes.

Check the brake fluid level, it might be low or just sloshing around

Default I have had the same problem too, it is neither the brake fluid level

it is because the ABS control module is failing, I had to replace mine on my S4.

Default Fuse?

My battery drained once after sitting for a few days, and upon finally getting it to crank the ABS light and red "Brake" warning lights were on. First thing I did was replace the fuse, which resolved it.
