Of course it will help. With adjustable arms, you can choose your camber and caster settings.
Personally, I chose to remain within the OEM camber specs to maximize tire life. While I could have dialed in more negative camber to improve turn-in at the track, my car is primarily a street car, so I kept it within OEM limits.
Beware that adjustable arms are a PITA to align, because the adjustment of one (out of four) throws off the specs of the entire car. Your alignment mechanic will have to be semi-intelligent to get it to work out properly. My first alignment took 3 hours, and I paid for every minute of it...

You do realize that if you take a directional tire, unmount it, flip it around, and re-mount it, you now have a wheel/tire combo for the other side of the car, right? That's why they don't sell left and right directional tires.
