I know most will say yes, but money is an issue. How much extra labour time do you think it would take on top of timing belt change?
Thanks

Let's see... Timing belt is just removing the front end. Turbos is pulling the motor.
Theres A LOT more work involved in doing turbos.
Timing belt is an easy (assuming you don't break anything and have the right tools) one day job.

Timing belt = 5 hours labor...
Turbo swap = 25 hours labor (at least)
There would be an overlap of about 3.5 hours on the two jobs. In other words, assuming a labor rate of $80/hr, you'd save $280 or so by doing everything now.
But in order to save that $280, you'd end up spending about $5K+ for the turbo swap and timing belt work. More if you needed to buy downpipes as well.
