Default Advise needed. I'm in the process of cleaning and regreasing my neuspeed sway bar bushings.........

Is there anything else that I should apply grease to while I'm at it?

btw, I'm using Marine Grease (Quicksilver Multipurpose 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with Teflon).

-Anthony-

Note: I'm aware that I still have to finish tightening the bushing collar bolts.

Default I need to do it soon, but am going to drill them and put in zerk fittings to make it easier in the

future. They start squeeking way to soon.

Default Naturally, a cold (36 deg.) rain started to fall as I was doing the otherside, but............

I persevered and finished the job. Took the car out for a test drive. No more squeeking from the bushings. It's peaceful, quiet bliss again. :-)

Default What is a zerks? Is it a grease fitting/nipple? and if so, for it to work, do you have to...........

cut grooves in the I.D. of the bushing or just loosen the bushing retainer/clamp/collar to allow the grease to flow all around the I.D.?
