after seeing and reading these K04 runs today...is APR STAGE III only effective on M-Boxes?

Default after seeing and reading these K04 runs today...is APR STAGE III only effective on M-Boxes?
i see r1eater is an M box, but are ***ALL*** M-Boxes that are APR STAGE III running as hard as him, or is he the only lucky one?

My Stage III M-Box APR is roughly comparable to r1eater's

only the M box's are that fast - look at Mark P's pump gas runs
