It's not a model specific replacement. Look at the mount, it's a standard fog lamp.

Yes but they claim that their bracket fits the Audi S4's mounting holes and that's all that matters.

I fail to see how. That mount looks like a U-shape mount, much different than stock mount.

Appreciate the wealth of information that prevents us from going down expensive or challenging routes. Did not know the tail lights were darkened on 2018 models.
