Its amazing the crap people will say to sell a car.

I hope this schmuck isn't anyone on here. Default If you are serious and its your car, you are fraudulently misrepresenting the status of your...

warranty. With those mods done to the car *whether or not you have put it back to stock* the factory warranty is NOT intact, and you DO NOT have the option of being Audi certified.

The fact that you are blatantly telling people the car is modded with mods that *explicitly* affect your warranty, and outright lying about it means you absolutely ARE committing fraud.

In fact, if that really is your car, you better think long and hard about selling it off that ad, because if the buyer ever has a denied warranty claim, you are liable for it because of your misrepresentation.

Bet that would suck to get sued for a new tranny or turbos to the tune of 8k in a few years, huh?

Default I hope you have all that in writing...

...because otherwise, it's not binding!
Sorry I used a big word!
Basically, what I mean to say, is that if what you are saying is not written in a piece of paper and signed by the folks that are giving you the warranty, it's all bull! Comprendo?
