Air penetration
I have noticed air coming into the car from door handles and window controls. Does anyone else have this? What kind of effects does this have on a car, except that it could get chilly inside during the winter?

Normal, yes...
...like half a dozen rattles, incredible amount of footwell heat, noisy windows, rocking seats (according to the dealer) and the list goes on and on. Normal, yes but totally UNACCEPTABLE in a $40k+ car!!!
Don't get my wrong, I like my car. But there's a good amount of hate buried somewhere near the surface as well.

normal here also. it'll only get worse...
if you ever have to have any internal door parts fixed/replaced, b/c they will have to detach the plastic film that covers the holes inside. we're not talking like you'll have another hvac vent kind of air quantity, but i see how it could get annoying.
