All I know is that my car does NOT do anything strange at WOT
piggie said that he felt it do it and thats what made him log it. Now the only difference between our two cars is this improved air box. I say improved because in reality it is improved and should not be causing a problem. however AMS tells me it's tripping a saftey in the system because it's getting more air then it is supposed to. Is this possible? I have no idea. Is it stupid? Yeah pretty much. But my car feels DAMN fast and I can't even imagine race gas!

you have to log it Andy....take it from people like Blitzkrieg or Silverbullet or AWE also...they
pointed out looking at throttle position even if you couldn't feel anything. (correct me if i'm wrong)
there's alot of data that people need to look at when driving......it's not like we can "feel" every parameter in the vehicle

Did AMS say what that safety limit is? Is it a MAF limit, or what? They can't just
pull it out of their *** and say "oh yeah, its a safety" without saying which safety trigger. Of course the idea of an intake restriction being of benefit as a safety....
Its time for REAL answers from the tuners, not a bunch of bull**** like we've gotten. AWE->throttle cut. AMS->possible throttle cut. APR-?? Seems no one that does these mods ever reports problems publicly. Motec anyone?
