Really mine has been holding up for over 2 years with the weight of a gt40R on it

soon to be a gt42. I guess you must have bought an OBX if you are having cracking issues.

Someone should make a cast set of manifolds...

The 300ZX guys learned this long ago. All the stainless steel exhaust manifolds crack (different brands, designs, etc.). Here is the current favorite which is cast...

They've even tried inconel and they still cracked. And this was with flex joints on the exhaust. The cast ones just don't break.
