Default I've got APR..

APR may not give you the highest performance numbers compared to AMS, but in my opinion the EMCS features more than make up for the ~3-4hp less..also, I have never dealt with a company with as good of customer service as APR. If you have any questions, or issues, they are awesome and more than willing to help you out.. thats just my .02

Apr has the switch in its favor. But since you live in So cal and AMS is in Costa Mesa, seems like a good match. You get a good chip, the company is in your backyard and they do other upgrades also.

Default You should get a chip that has been around for a while.
