Default Another great audi story. need help

I'm driving home from work today with my friend, as we are driving we notice a smell. I think it smells like maple syrup, he says glue. I then look in my rear view mirror to see what looks to be smoke pouring from the back of my car. I think to myself the turbos are shot. I pull over and realize its coming from the engine bay and that my coolant exploded all over it. I go buy a flashlight and then realize that my hose that connects to my radiator has popped off. The piece that connects from the radiator to that hose is broken. I've searched the archives and didnt come up with anything to reference the part number or the technical term for the actual part. It looks like the hose is going to be fine, but the connector to the radiator is shot. Can anyone help me out here, anyone had this happen to them and if so how hard was it to fix and whats the cost on the part. Sorry my post is so long.

Either you need a new hose or a new radiator: picture please.

Default I tried to snap a picture, but the NJ weather isn't cooperating...

It's a plastic piece that connects to the radiator, I'm not sure if that is considered to be the radiator or just a piece of it.

Default Erf. There's a plasticy collar on the hose, and the rad neck itself.

I hope it's the collar on the hose.

Well, there's a plastic end on the rad hoses with a little clip on it... I'm hoping that broke off.
