Any tip owners here regret getting the tiptronic over the manual tranny and vice versa?

that’s a tough question...
I would prefer having the performance of the 6-speed but driving the tip is great. I considered trading my car in once I no longer had to do as much slugging it out in traffic but 6-speeds have a much greater occurrance of failed trannies/turbos and TBBs.
I think I’m gonna hang onto mine and hope for a proper 6-speed tip like the one shown a couple of months ago.
The only problem is that I do find that I’m pretty rusty when I get in the race car. I few hours on Ferrari F335 simulator at the arcade should fix that up.
I wouldn’t be able to stand my tip if I hadn’t chipped it though. It was barely faster than a Maxima and the shifting was so slow as to make the buttons/stick a “suggester” rather than a “control”.
