and I hate it when they get really scared and hide in the ski sack and then you can't get em out....

Default try this:
1 audi breaker bar (supplied w/ the toolkit) + 1 tube white lithium grease (or some other lubricant) + (the most important ingredient) 1 pair of oven mitts.... and see what happens...
