Anyone with AWE K04 Turbo Kit?
Hi all,
I have a 2000 A6 2.7T 6-speed tranny car, and am thinking of getting the turbo kit from AWE.
Does anyone have it, and if so what are your impressions over the X chip - which I currently have on the car.
Also, anyone with the new intercooler kit from AWE, or the exhaust manifold? Just wondering if spending the $6k on the turbo kit is worth it, or if I can save some cash, and buy the intercooler OR manifold and feel some good acceleration. I currently have the X chip, so that's great!

There are a number of us on here with it. Do some searches. (corrected)
You could do the exhaust manifolds now while you do the install and add the *intercoolers* at any time later. however, you can't install the manifolds later without pulling the motor again.
