anyone ever go to a trackmasters event? Thinking about one in July at the Glen.

yes, to run on an "open track day", you have to be pretty good ...
- by that I mean you have to know the line and be able to do it at speed as there will be extremely fast cars and drivers on the track and they don't want beginners causing problems
- if you are going to an event that has instructors and different run groups, I had a good instructor when I ran with them

I am a chicken...7.
For example on the back straight at PIR I NEVER go full throttle in the rain. But I know I could. Any corner that can be take at 100 MPH+... I take at 100. I fool around in the 2nd gear corners though.
