Anyone have the Apexi AVC-R installed? If you do how did you

I tried one for awhile, I love the AVC-R but it didn't work well with the S4
WOT was perfect and it was really configurable for RPM and per gear. However, I had serious issues at part throttle (that others have seen with EBC/MBC setups). The boost would become unstable at anything over 4K RPM if my foot wasn't all the way to the ground. It would surge up and down violently. I tried many different maps, but my only guess was the AVC-R was not throttle dependent like the OEM n75 is and was tring to make full boost all the time. I switched to a HKS EVC-PRO (very expensive option) because it allows me to make boost maps based on throttle position. I'm still experiencing some strange issues even with this setup at part throttle, but it is much better.
If I were to do it over again (and I just might) I would probably go the revo route with one of their SPS modules to change the boost and just use the stock n75 control.

AVC-R lets you set a nice boost curve.
Setup's a pain, but if you want to go through it just for that, it's worth it.
I'm a simple man that goes by rules of thumb. 22psi for 93 octane, 25psi for 109 and 30psi for C-16. I don't see the point of tapering the boost. Once it hits what it hits, let it do its thing and just manipulate timing and fuel.
