Anyone have a DIY or detailed info re installing (pcv) spider hose assy?

When I replaced mine, it really was just a matter of inserting the ends into the right holes.

The worst part was getting the old one out, but I ended up just cutting it in one spot and then it came out pretty easily.

Are you having a specific problems with the procedure that we could address?

Thx, about to start on it - mainly currious if there was anything one should be attentive to

IOW, watch out for/ 'gotchas' - sure enough, if one is out there I will find it

Any tips on removing / reinstalling bottom center hose connector (one that 'I' can't see from top)?

also - this is on a tip

Yeah, that one was a pita. I spent quite a bit of time blindly sqeezing the snap ring...

thingy and working on it with a screwdriver to apply pressure to pop it out.

Mine is a 6 speed 2001 so if there's anything special about a tip, I don't know it. Sorry.
