Anyone have vertical scratches on driver/pass windows? Looking for AOA fight info!
They are on both windows in exactly the same place with exactly the same spacing. I can catch a fingernail in the scratches.
Car is at the dealer and the AOA rep came by and denied the claim! He also denied the two broken engine cover screws...WTF they are like a buck fifty???? The service writer was shocked and basicly told me the Rep was wrong. Anyone have this problem. I'm going to confront them and need some examples of other people that had this problem.

my driver side rear window has scratches and makes a loud clack when going up.
I haven't mentioned anything to my dealer about it yet, but before warranty is up I certainly will. They better replace it, I don't want my last few months of ownership to be as much of a hassle as the first few.
