Default Anyone know the Dimensions of the the RS4 ICs?

I am thinking about building my own since the prices are just way to high. My job affords me access to many car parts suppliers and I can easily source cores. But I need to make sure the core dimensions are correct for proper fit and the inlets are correct (hose size, dimensions, etc.). So, can anyone help me out? Measurements on the ICs and inlet diameters would help. Thanks!

Default AWE probably has some dimensions on their website.

They compare the stock cores, RS4 cores and their own cores pretty conspicuously.

From an engineering standpoint, they look very good. I work with radiator/condenser suppliers and these ICs look great. The S4 stuff looks like junk. This is the first time I am seeing the AWE pieces, and I think APR just got owned on the upgraded IC side.

Default I think people will probably want to buy the APR though because it is cheaper.

There have been no real answers to whether or not they are any better than the RS4 ICs which I have.

I mean still buy because of the price difference.

Default Well, in terms of performance, there isn't a significant difference

between the AWE IC's and the RS4 IC's that APR offers. The real benefit to AWE's IC's is less hacking and cutting to stuff them in the S4 engine bay.

Default You notice the dip in HP when you drove my car?

I didn't measure anything commensurate with a dip in HP.
