anyone know how the euro phaeton hi beam HIDs turn on without delays (no halogen here)
do any other cars have four HID bulbs (other than fogs/aux)? how do they work?
one way i see is if both lows and highs are xenon-plus type shutters and both are on for lows and both are on for highs. but i think that might be illegal in europe too.
