Easy to do! For the front at least!

I don't know of anyone selling them, but it's so easy to do that I wouldn't bother buying them if they are available. Just remove the rings on front (haven't tried the back one's yet) and give them a light sanding with wet 400 then 600 grade sandpaper (you can possibly skip this step, but I suspect you get better bonding if the surface is slightly rough). Clean the rings well and spray with a few light coats of a good trim paint (I used three coats of flat black). The results look like a factory finish and so far it has been durable. You could also try a translucent black paint (candy apple black) over the unsanded chrome as I tried this and it gave a nice black chrome effect. The front rings have clips that release when compressed and the rings just snap back into place when you are done
