anyone know why my car wont lock and unlock with remote ? I can hear the alarm but car won't lock

Default anyone know why my car wont lock and unlock with remote ? I can hear the alarm but car won't lock

Default not making sense ? when I used the remote to lock the car, I can hear the alarm, but the door never
lock..... now is that make sense ?

no, I tried to used the lock and unlock button and it won't do anything either

remote still good, it is the lock not locking the car

aren't our locks all powered by a vacuum pump or something? maybe yours is shot
