I don't know about the delete pulley, I would just find a suitable replacement belt size. The tensioner will take care of the rest.

You're probably going to notice the weight reduction, but not much - if it's a serious track car and you're going for 1/4 mile numbers then take it out. Keep in mind that putting it back in is going to be far more difficult that just bolting everything back in a filling it up. Once you open up the AC system it is a PITA to get it clean, moisture free and sealed again for use.

Thanks, dedicated track car, gutted, never going back to anything near stock. Road course no 1/4 mi. Weight reduction is a minimum, just trying to run cooler on track. Oil tempson 70 deg. day at 265-270, water temps up 1.5 clicks above center line on gauge. Mostly water, and water weter added. Also have oil cooler, just trying to let more clea air to the radiator by removing the ac condensor/radiator.

Have you looked into a bigger radiator and a better cooling fan?

If you remove the condensor, you should also remove the ac pump bolted to the block, you'll shed about 35-40 pounds. You can also delete the mechanical fan and install a high flow efk. This all works with a shorter serp belt, no pullies needed.

I would also remove AC piping and all related items like AC evaporator.
