Default APR Snub Mount

Anyone using this yet? How hard is it to instal? Does it change the every day commuting characteristics of the car?
I understand the principle behind the mount, and agree with it. My main concern is that stress put on the drivetrain can no longer be released at that once "weak" point with the snub mount, so where does it go? Are there any weak points in the S4 drivetrain?
Sorry if I display ignorance. I am in the Honda world, Dad is in the Audi S4 world. I am familar with stiffening up the engine and drive train to a point on a Honda that CV joints are twisted, axles snap or spider gears shatter. Not sure how this, or if is does, affect the Audi S4.
I am asking because I would like to get Dad something for his car that he and I can put in, yet he will benefit from and be able to use. Besides a ball cap or t-shirt.
Thanks for any help and insite...

Default Some thoughts...

Snub mount is a nice mod. It isn't too hard to install but the bumper removal is a PITA. It took 2urbo and I about 3.5 hours to install it. The bumper removal took up most of the time. The bumper clips would just not release. The rest was simple unbolting things. We did have to Dremel out the Snub Mount nub, making it a bit larger. It wouldn't fit otherwise.

There seems to be less "kickdown" when downshifting. Shifting seems crisper and more precise. It is a very worthwhile mod to do.

Don't know the full ramifications of the Snub Mount on the other mounts of the car. I'd imagine there'd be extra forces on other parts of the car though.
