Driving Excitement!

This weekend after the Audi Club meeting here in Orlando, Vince (Posts under BlueS4 (Vince)) and myself went and did some 3rd gear highway pulls.

Our cars are very similar. I have APR 551A v5.0, APR Gen 1 DP's with testpipes, VM3 exhaust, and RS4 IC's. Vince has got APR 551T v5.0, Autospeed DP's with testpipes, APR exhaust, stock IC's. I was running on 93 octane gas and the 93 octane program; he was running 104 octane gas and the 100 octane program. We were dead even. Neither car was able to pull more than a foot on each other.

Later this week I hope to do some 100 octane vs. 100 octane pulls and see what kind of difference the RS4 IC's make with the 100 octane program. Unless the v5.0 100 octane program is very weak (which it really never was with older versions) then the RS4 IC's make a nice difference.
