armrest height adjustment

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the height of the armrest? I read it before that they can be adjusted..... thanks!!!!

Latch is along the bottom front edge of the armrest.

There's a button on the front below the button that allows you to open the lid. Just push it and

tilt.
