the idea was to get a metal bleeder screw and have a remote bleeding location . . .

exactly, my plastic one with remote bleeder failed today, what fun that was
in the parking lot, putting the plug back into the slave and bleeding it so i could drive.....

i was just going to flare the line and put a small section of flex line onto it
then run it to the inlet....
off topic, have you actually noticed a difference with the intercooler fans? i couldnt imagine they would do much other than combat heat soak. cool idea though

well the problem is the steel line is thick wall, not intended for flaring . . .
The ic fan's do make a difference in around town or just coming off the highway driving. In extended idle testing I think I got a 12 degree reduction in IAT's.
