Audi Service in NJ -- Bad Experiences
#12
My experiences...
Great: Bernardsville/Mendham - You get a new Audi loaner if you bought the car there. If you decide to wait, oil changes by appointment only take 45 minutes.
Good: Bellavia - you get a crappy loaner (Metro, etc.) if you bought the car there. An oil change by appointment takes an average of 1.5 hours. The service folks are great though.
So-so: Bell - I felt I didn't get their best treatment after they learned I didn't buy my car there. Enterprise rent-a-car loaners.
Worst: DCH, Maplewood - 1) The service manager is rude. 2) Crappy loaners. 3) They couldn't find my car for 45 minutes when I went to pick-it up - after they called me to say it was ready! 4) The service guy tags a tow truck as he was bringing my car up front to me.
