Default Auto Union Jack: I never comment on brakes but you are unyielding like Katana...

...that's why I'm curious and wanna pick your brain cause you seem to be an intelligent Guy. :-)

If I were to purchase aftermarket brakes, I'd get StopsSoGoods for sure. Jyoteen's test, NASA and well as Frank's expertise convinces me they are the best. PLUS, StopsSoGoods are much cheaper. :-P

At least you don't resort to name calling. You just like starting pillow fights. ;-)

Have a good Sunday Jack! :-D

Oh yeah, in case you don't know Katana, the Brembo King:

Default I never had a problem with Katana. He was always very polite to me. I never understood why people

chose "him", to be the whipping boy. Hmmm.

Default Katana was cool to me too. I'm simply stating he was The Brembo King. He always...

...stuck up for it. That's all.

Oh, and if it seems like I'm bashing Katana, that's not my intention and I apologize. Just simply stating the facts. :-)

Default ok wait. Before somebody thinks I'm the least bit serious. See below.

JUST KIDDING!

I know Madman has a hairy enough pair to know I'm joking with him. I dont want some of you "more sensitive types" thinking there is actually something amiss here.

Default oh wait, it just gets better!

I posted a few days ago, about conversations I had with some of the Viperclub guys I raced with last year. Some of them werent happy with their setups, and were having trouble.

I asked questions that any "enthusiast" would ask, and I merely passed along what I was told.

This wasnt some formal investigation, just Pit conversation. What was I supposed to do? walk up to the guy pitted next to me, who just tossed his Full RACE GTS ACR off the racetrack, and say: GEE "YOU SUCK"!

No, I only asked him if everything was ok, since he spun off the course, and hadnt done it into an awaiting pile of down pillows. His reply was "what it was". I dont own stock, nor am I employed by any brake manufacturer, so I personally dont give a ****.

This could be why some people are "off put" by a certain manufacturers methods...and therefore "product".

If someone buys your prodcut, they arent joining your fraternity. And If someone says/hears/or "passes on" what they have seen or heard, dont think for a second that they want to enter into a debate with you.

DONT email me. I dont want to hear from YOU!
Did I say: I think Stoptechs suck? No I didnt.
Did I say: Their products didnt work for me?
again......NO, I didnt.

Why? because I had no Personal experience with them.

Mail sent to my email and recieved about 10 min. ago. (yeah I know, ironic).
--------------------------------------------------

Just read your post on Audiworld. I am unaware of unhappy Viper owners.
We are on more front running Vipers in Viper Days than any other brand. The only issues I am aware of are pad related issues with our OE replacement rotor that is 3.5 lbs lighter than stock.

I am earnestly interested in helping any Viper owner with a complaint please forward the details.

BTW Paul Mumford won his class in Open track challenge with our 4 wheel kit. In fact Paul almost won overall on Street tires. He drove to each track and logged over 2000 miles on his four wheel kit.

The best stopping Viper in the C&D shoot out and the best stopping front engine car was the Apex Viper with a StopTech 4 wheel kit.

Best Regards
